Corporate Services
Safe. Seen. Welcome.
Our aim in our collaborative efforts is to foster an environment where individuals not only love the work they do but also enjoy the places in which they perform it. To achieve this objective, our services focus on cultivating and sustaining company cultures where all employees feel safe, seen, and welcomed.
Safe: An environment that is free from intentional harm and provides opportunities for expressing and addressing both intentional and unintentional harm.
Seen: Recognition that extends beyond professional contributions to encompass each individual's humanity, unique gifts, and talents.
Welcome: A space where employees feel comfortable to show up, actively invited to contribute, and validated in their contributions.
A More HUMAN Approach
In recent years, a significant number of organizations have made public commitments to enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within their workplaces. For some organizations, this shift was a genuine and thoughtful effort to address and right previous injustices that had long been overlooked. For others, it appeared as a reactive response to what might have felt like a cultural uprising, pushing them to acknowledge pressing social issues. Additionally, for a few, it served as a reinforcement of their existing values that had perhaps been dormant.
How can we actively and meaningfully create a company culture that effectively moves away from practices of marginalization, tokenism, and other forms of harm—whether they are intentional or not?
Let’s put A More HUMAN Approach™ to work in your organization.
Equal Parts Quiet and Rebel
What happens when you invite The Quiet Rebel to collaborate with your organization is that we will skillfully model and thoughtfully guide you through processes that are both introspective (quiet) and innovative (rebel).
While we often re-purpose existing ideas to suit various needs, we actively avoid offering “cookie cutter” products or services that do not take individuality into account. It is important to recognize that no two organizations are alike, and therefore, we believe that no two solutions can ever be identical.
Our favorite clients are the ones who express a desire to “keep the box, but lose the lid.” A little structure is indeed important because it helps us clearly know where the boundaries and guidelines are. However, too much structure can feel overly restrictive and may ultimately hinder creativity and innovative thinking.
